There are currently widespread difficulties getting goods through customs, from the UK to Europe. This is due to the new EU VAT regulations since Brexit.

First Class Post (£1.75). If you order and pay by 5pm your order can be dispatched the next working day by Royal Mail First class post. This should be a 1 - 2 day service but after dispatch we are not responsible if the Royal Mail does not deliver on time. Royal Mail Special Delivery (£9.00). This is an insured and guaranteed next day delivery service, available to most UK addresses. This means that your order will be delivered by 1pm on the day after we dispatch it. Someone will need to sign for receipt of the package. Saturday delivery is not included in this service.

Returns Policy:
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Therefore we offer top quality products in terms of material and workmanship. Faulty items will always be replaced free of charge.
With the exception of custom engraved products, if you are not happy with anything you purchase, or you have made the wrong choice, you may return goods. Returns must be received within 14 days of you receiving your order. Returned products must be in their original packaging and in an unused condition.
You will need to pay the return postage on any returned products and postage & packaging if replacement products are sent.
Please note that custom engraved products cannot be returned unless they are damaged, faulty, not as described or not as requested. This does not affect your statutory rights.
